**Title**: Sr. QE Welding
**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León IJD Monterrey
**Function**: Quality Engineering

**Main Responsibilities**:

- OFP responsibility for the welding production Line in Skid Steer Loader:

- Analyze and review the dimensional data for welding operation to propose solutions and continues improvement. (KOTEM & GD&T)
- In charge of the operation team for quality in welding operation
- Review information for Defects per unit in welding & Assembly to propose improvement.
- Review product warranty for welding
- PFMEA´s and RPN´s Reduction, control Plan, Review (PI´s, Work Instructions, Checklist), Gages Review and control, Administration for no conform material.
- NCCA´s PRT & PRCT for Welding operations

**What Skills You Need**:

- Welding Knowledge
- GD&T Knowledge
- Analytic, people oriented, communication skills, problem resolution, proactive.
