**Perfil**:

- Agente Bilingüe Call center.
- Inglés Avanzado conversacional (indispensable)
- Manejo de PC básico, office o base de datos
- Preparatoria terminada, con comprobante o certificado de Bachillerato ó equivalente High School Diploma.
- Experiência mínima 6 meses en call center o actividades Customer service. Comprobable, con cartas recomendación o semanas cotizadas.

Esta posición de customer service bilingüe.

Te ofrece:
**Salario promedio**:

- MXN $14,000 Brutos (antes de impuestos correspondiente a tabulador pago por Hora de $83.00 MXN
- Bono por KPI´s en chat:

- Lugar de trabajo: Tecn Parque CDMX, Alcaldia Azcapotzalco.
- Actividad: Presencial, Total disponibilidad de trabajar en sitio)
- Jornada Martes a sábado de 14:00 a 23:00 hrs.
- Programa de capacitación: Disponibilidad de trabajar en Sitio

Prestaciones:

- Prestaciones De ley
- Seguro de vida y seguro de gastos médicos (al 4° mes estable)
- Capacitación pagada al 100% desde el primer día
- Contrato directo (No outsourcing)
- Ventana de Servicio 11:00 am a 22:00 pm (dentro de esa ventana se asigna horario laboral, cubriendo solo 8 hrs al día y una hora de comida)
- Jornada laboral de 5 días laborales y 2 días de descanso. (jornada Martes a sábado de 11:00 a 22:00 hrs.
