Customer Service Executive in Cancun

We are looking for a talented bilingual customer service executive to join our team in Cancun, Quintana Roo. As a representative of Empleando Mexico, you will be responsible for handling customer requests and providing excellent service.

Salary: Our estimated annual salary is $24,000 - $30,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: This role involves attending to customer inquiries, making reservations and confirming appointments, preparing reports, and closing sales. You will also be required to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both in English and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent writing and spelling skills
  • Availability to work on-site
  • Residency in Cancun
