- At Netflix, Marketing’s core purpose is to maximize the impact of our content, product and brand so that everyone, everywhere wants to watch Netflix. Marketing Planning - Exports helps achieve that purpose by ensuring that the content and campaigns originated in Latin America reach and resonate with audiences globally in the most efficient and impactful way.

LATAM Marketing Planning Managers, specialized in exports, work alongside Marketing and PR in the region to develop truly global campaigns for the titles originated and produced in Latin America. They are responsible for not only collaborating with cross-functional teams within the region, but also working closely with partners from other regions
- to understand local nuances, business objectives and marketing opportunities and bringing that perspective back to the country of origin to ensure campaigns are developed to create impact outside of the home territory.

A primary goal for the team is to work in a strategic planning capacity to help analyze the exportable content and assess global viability in an effort to help identify and prioritize our biggest title bets and align our resources to maximize the value of our content around the world.

Within a title’s lifecycle, Marketing Planning - Exports acts as the connective tissue in the critical campaign planning, development and launch phases, creating operational efficiencies, driving global cross-functional collaboration and ensuring strategic alignment for effective campaign execution.

- Someone who is extremely organized and can manage and track deep cross-functional and cross-regional campaign work, while maintaining visibility to longer lead title planning.
- A collaborative spirit who possesses a strong creative and strategic sensibility and who can expertly influence key stakeholders and foster deep relationships across the business.
- A competent professional who can effectively liaise and build trust and partnership with showrunners, talent and external stakeholders if needed.
- A track record of successful cross-functional work and someone who can distill insights and information and lead deftly across the many aspects of campaign development.
- A deep curiosity about our global business and an ability to quickly build global IQ and an understanding of regional and cultural nuances that inform our strategies and campaign development.
- A natural problem-solver who can work through challenges and navigate comfortably in ambiguity.
