El Asesor Legal Adjunto es un puesto de nível intermedio a cargo de administrar varias actividades legales cotidianas en coordinación con el equipo Legal. El objetivo general de esta función es brindar apoyo, asesoramiento y orientación legal en una amplia gama de áreas de práctica.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Evaluar el desempeño del empleado y brindar recomendaciones de aumentos de pago, promociones, ceses de empleo, etc.
- Supervisar al asesor externo y resolver problemas; redirigirlos al gerente si es necesario.
- Brindar asesoramiento legal en un área de práctica dentro de un producto, país o negocio.
- Analizar documentación en comparación con los requisitos regulatorios y las políticas internas para asesoramiento comercial acorde.
- Producir documentos internos y externos con recomendaciones estratégicas en relación con asuntos gestionados para la revisión del asesor nacional/los abogados sénior.
- Ejecutar tareas que apoyen el cumplimiento de obligaciones y responsabilidades generales de la empresa.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares.

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência relevante.
- Se prefiere doctorado en leyes.
- Experiência relevante, preferible en otro banco o en una firma de abogados.
- Conocimiento integral de las prácticas y leyes federales, locales y estatales.
- Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
- Habilidades comprobadas de organización y análisis.

**Educación**:

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.

Licenciatura en Derecho o afin

Experiência sector financiero, disputas y reclamos a clientes, 8 años. Personal a cargo.

Conocimiento es Normativa de reclamos a clientes, condusef y CNBV.
