**Misión**

Apoyar en el desarrollo y ejecución de los planes marcarios y de Negocio, alineados al OMP y MBS del Negocio; liderando iniciativas específicas que permitan alcanzar los objetivos del Negocio y sus Marcas, en el corto y largo plazo.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Conocimientos en torno al desempeño y la salud del Portafolio desde un enfoque de Negocio. Comprende el impacto financiero de los Costos, Precios y la inversión en TTS y PFME de su(s) Marca(s). Da seguimiento a riesgos de Disponibilidad, Waste & Devolución y colabora con el equipo Comercial para mitigarlos. Participa en algunos de los procesos del MBP.
- Demuestra una comprensión clara de su(s) Marca(s) y la Categoría, los competidores y el uso y las actitudes de los consumidores y compradores, y lo aplica a todos los elementos de su función. Conoce su negocio de adentro hacia afuera: recopila, asimila y analiza minuciosamente los datos de múltiples fuentes para comprender el rendimiento de la Marca/Actividades/Negocio y recomendar planes de acción.
- Dirige a los equipos multifuncionales para llevar al mercado con éxito proyectos tácticos de Promoción, Innovación y Renovación de Marca.
- Lidera equipos internos y externos para entregar proyectos de comunicación específicos.
- Gestiona eficazmente los presupuestos de PFME.
- Apoya en la ejecución de estrategias y tácticas con el equipo de Visita Médica para lograr la recomendación de la(s) Marca(s) por parte del Profesional y las Instituciones de Salud.
- Apoya al Gerente de Marca en el análisis y desarrollo de los planes de Marca que deleiten a los consumidores 'target', construyan una marca(s) sólida(s) y generen resultados sostenibles.
- Demuestra proactividad y asume la responsabilidad de liderar iniciativas más allá del alcance inmediato de su función, e.g. Baby&Me, I2L, Content Hub, eContent Sender, etc.
- Cumplir con el Código Internacional de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, las Instrucciones Nestlé y la Política de Nestlé sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, cualquier enmienda y regulación gubernamental relevante en cada una de las actividades inherentes a las funciones de este puesto.

**Experiências Clave**

1. 1 a 2 años en desarrollo de Negocios y/o Marcas, colaborando en el desarrollo de comunicación, ejecución de planes con Ventas y coordinando proyectos de R&D.

2. Licenciatura Económico-Administrativo, Ingeniería Industrial. Mercadotecnia

3. Inglés Avanzado

4. 1 a 2 años de experiência en el manejo de Marcas (preferentemente de Consumo) y administración de proyectos

5. Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Excel Intermedio-Avanzado), SAP / Nielsen Answers (deseable)
