**Responsibilities**:
**What will you be doing?**

Objective of this role is to ensure efficient Vemdor management as well as Process/Tools governance for DevSecOps teams.

This role will manage the managed services partner to ensure they meet with contractual obligations and provide the right service for the business.

This role will continuously improve the service provided by DevSecOps teams by initiating and managing Service Improvement plans using the Agile framework

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Solves highly complex problems within their work team
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Previous governance role on a major SAP transformation project
- People management and vendor management experience
- Consulting background a plus
- CPG industry experience
- Self starter
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Experience or knowledge of the following tools
- **SAP**( 3+ years of SAP Functional (SAP ECC or SAP HANA)
- SAP cross-functional
- SolMan/CHARM
- Azure DevSecOps
- Office 365 incl PowerBI, MS Forms, SharePoint, Teams
- ** 3+ years of IT Governance/ITSM** with a focus on Incident/Major Incident Management/Change.
- Visio.
- Effective and efficient workload management.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically.
