**Responsibilities**:
The** Opportunity**

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate data-driven decision making, foster collaboration with BU stakeholders and ensure successful implementation of data science and business intelligence solutions.

The focus of this role is to facilitate data science frameworks driving for store potential, shopper driven group and assortment optimization. You will work closely with LATAM business units to manage the scope of the annual work plan and deliver projects. Coordinate with the European and HBS Data Science sector teams to ensure that best practices of advanced analytics frameworks are adhered to and implemented in the different markets.

**Your Impact**

As Shopper Insights Assoc Manager your scope would consist of:
Data Analysis and Modeling:

- Analyzing complex datasets to extract valuable insights and identify trends/patterns.
- Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models to support business decision-making.
- Designing and using algorithms and building predictive & prescriptive models needed to automate execution and the generation of insights, to enable efficiencies that allow colleagues to focus on value added tasks.

Strategy and Planning:

- Collaborate with Senior Business stakeholders to align Data Strategy to Business objectives and contribute to defining and socializing the mechanism to measure the Return on Data Investments and overall success of Data Strategy

Solution Design:

- Identify and evaluate appropriate methodologies, algorithms, and tools to effectively solve complex problems.
- Ensure scalability, efficiency, and maintainability of the solutions.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- +7 yrs working experience in CPG industry or Consulting, in areas of Analytics, Insights, Marketing, IT.
- Strong proficiency in Data Architecture (DBT) & Data Science (GIT Database)

**Software**:

- Python / Airflow
- DAX Power BI / PowerPivot
- Advanced Excel Level
- PowePoint Proficiency
- SQL

**Language**:

- English proficiency (Advanced)
- Conversational Portuguese (Desirable)
