- Carrera Profesional en Ingeniería
- 3 años de experiência en un rol de supervisión en un ambiente de manufactura
- Ingles intermedio
- verbal y escrito
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación
- Iniciativa y trabajo en equipo
- Buenas habilidades de organización y manejo del tiempo.
- Buena habilidad en computación, en particular hojas de cálculo de Excel

Actividades a realizar:

- Responsable de vigilar, monitorear, coordinar, entrenar y facilitar las actividades del equipo de producción, para alcanzar la calidad y el volumen de producción durante el Turno, de acuerdo con los requerimientos del Cliente y los objetivos de la Compañía; mantiene adecuadas las cargas de trabajo en conjunto con control de producción para usar eficientemente la capacidad instalada y los recursos humanos disponibles.
- Realizar reportes estadísticos y administrativos
- Participa activamente en el programa de mejora continua
