**Objetivo**:Generar y mantener relaciones con clientes nuevos y existentes, para el desarrollo del negocio, con el estricto apego a los lineamientos y estrategias marcados por la dirección.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Prospectar clientes nuevos por diferentes medios, identificando el tipo de cliente y clasificarlo.
- Dar seguimiento puntual de servicio a los clientes activos por medio de visitas y llamadas frecuentes.
- Buscar un constante crecimiento de clientes activos asignados por medio de la identificación de necesidades y venta estratégica que permiten al cliente incrementar sus operaciones.
- Analizar estadísticas para identificar áreas de oportunidad e intervenir en caso de identificar tendencias.
- Trabajar en conjunto con Pricing Expert para incrementar cierre de cotizaciones spot.
- Identificar nuestra competencia, estar informados sobre las tendencias actuales del mercado y conocer fortalezas y debilidades que nos permitan estar preparados para una mejor negociación y persuasión del cliente.
- Facilitar la comunicación interna hacia el cliente en caso de reclamos o incidencias.
- Elaborar y comunicar de manera proactivo los acuerdos actuales con los clientes a las áreas internas correspondientes.
- Mantener actualizado registro de tarifas, datos de clientes y minutas en todo momento.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales o carrera afín.
- Conocimiento en el transporte aéreo / marítimo / terrestre.
- Comprensión de la estrategia, productos de INTERTEAM y el concepto NVOCC.
- Conocimiento sobre mercados y competidores.
- Habilidades de ventas y negociación.
- Conocimiento en transporte de carga y logística.

Salario: $28,000.00 - $33,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
