**The team you will be a part of**:
The Business HR team implements the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
- ** Manufacturing Hub - HR Enablement Team**

**This role in summary**:
- ** Plays pivotal role in delivering strategic projects aligned with our North America Region Manufacturing Strategy.**
- ** Primary responsibility to provide consultation support, and project delivery to enable the execution of our People Excellence strategy within our Manufacturing function.**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- ** Provide consultation and support to people leaders within manufacturing plant on HR-related matters.**
- ** Lead the delivery and execution of strategic projects in alignment with our Manufacturing Strategy to optimize and enable growth, efficiency, capability and capacity of our organization.**
- ** Collaborate with business leaders, as well as across other areas of our Human Resources model, to develop tailored solutions for our manufacturing workforce. Lead and participate in projects to drive these solutions in areas of focus such as talent attraction, talent development, and initiatives to build a “best place to work” environment.**
- ** Utilize HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.**
- ** Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.**
- ** Responsible for other cyclical work and projects related to the enablement of our workforce, and in alignment with business objectives.**
**Minimum requirements**:
- ** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field**
- ** 3+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on supporting manufacturing or hourly populations.**
- ** Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR projects from conception to implementation**
- ** Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills**
- ** Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment**
- ** Proficiency in data analysis tools with demonstrated capability in utilizing data to drive business decisions**
- ** Advanced level of English Language**
**Preferred skills and experiences**:
- ** Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies**
- ** Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment**
- ** HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, etc)**
- ** Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a complex / matrixed environment.**
