**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Contract Drafting and Review**: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

2. **Compliance Management**: Stay updated on laws and regulations, develop, and implement compliance policies to ensure adherence.

3. **Dispute Resolution**: Handle legal disputes and litigation, providing guidance on resolution strategies.

4. **Corporate Governance**: Maintain corporate governance standards, assist with board meetings, and filings.

5. **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate legal risks, conduct legal research for informed decision-making.

6. **Legal Advice and Counsel**: Provide legal guidance covering contract, employment, IP, and governance matters.

7. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

8. **Corporate Transactions**: Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring.

9. **Intellectual Property Protection**: Advise on trademarks, copyrights, patents, and implement protection strategies.

10. **Employee Relations**: Offer guidance on employment law matters, addressing hiring, termination, and litigation.

11. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with departments for legal guidance and conduct training sessions if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in corporate law.
- Strong expertise in corporate, contract, employment, and intellectual property law.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for interaction at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient in legal research, document drafting, and contract negotiation.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying legal risks and opportunities.
- Continuous learning and staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with E-commerce and manufacturing legal frameworks.

**Location and Hours/Schedule**:

- Onsite work setup.
- Availability to work from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Mondays-Fridays).
