**ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **PMP certification is required**:

- in this position you will be part of the Mexico Professional Services team which works based on the best practices of the industry to deliver best in class service to our customers.
- in this role you will be responsible for managing the projects to deliver the Avaya solutions through the end-to-end implementation process, either on a waterfall, agile or hybrid framework.
- This implies coordination and negotiation with multiple vendors/services providers, business partners and customers, escalation management, resource scheduling at local, regional, or global level, coordination with many departments within the organization, work with global program managers, alignment to global processes, risk, scope & quality management, etc.
- This position is key for our organization, and it is highly driven for results, the efforts are oriented to achieve quarter over quarter, mainly the following targets: revenue, cost, margin/profitability and customer satisfaction that depend on the correct project management to implement Avaya solutions successfully.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Senior Project / Program Manager +5 years in experience managing projects and teams, also technical background for infrastructure, telecommunications, IT and software development, and also implementing large and complex programs / projects.
- Fluent in English - Complete Professional Competence
- Excellent internal and external client management, service focused, leadership to manage difficult situations within the project team, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence.
- PMP certification is required
- Ideally Scrum Master certified
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telematics, Telecommunications, IT or similar
