- Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams.
- Manage research and design of products and processes with appropriate concern for product, quality, manufacturability, cost and leadership in the market.
- Provide full accountability for project schedules, project management and performance requirements for enterprise level projects.
- Manage and enhance customer relationships.
**Are You Ready to**
- Responsible for ensuring all of the project requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution.
- Build team(s) to address the project goals and objectives.
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal personnel and external customers from requirements gathering through product acceptance/ approval and release to factory.
- Align the project team to customer needs by establishing milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the project.
- Provide guidance and motivation to project teams to successfully achieve project goal and corporate initiatives
- Serve as interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders and project sponsor(s).
- Manage development of project plans with focus on achievement of project goals and corporate initiatives, including project specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) or metrics.
**Job Requirements**:
**What You’ll Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required.
- Seven years’ technical experience with project management responsibility.
- Working knowledge of CAD system.
- Working knowledge of project scheduling techniques.
- Solid computer skills.
