Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como **Customer Success Manager**
Somos Sesame HR, **la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos **, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.
Trabajamos para redefinir la experiência laboral. Nuestra misión es facilitar el trabajo de managers y profesionales de RRHH para que puedan utilizar su tiempo para **crear experiências de empleado personalizadas **y cuidar de sus equipos mientras la compañía sigue consiguiendo resultados de negocio excelentes.

Por lo tanto, para nosotros es imprescindible que:
- Que tengas facilidad e interés en aprender cosas nuevas, así como una necesidad vital por mejorar las cosas y plantearte el estado actual de la herramienta.
- Que sepas trabajar en equipo, comunicarte y expresarte.
- Que sepas adaptarte a los cambios. Somos una startup así quepuedes esperar bastantes curvas
Como Customer Success Manager es indispensable que tengas:
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en un puesto similar al descrito en la oferta.
- Experiência en la gestión de CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc)
- Experiência de al menos 1 año en un puesto de ventas
- Experiência en la gestión de grandes cuentas para productos o servicios de carácter digital
- Alta capacidad de adaptación en entornos de rápido crecimiento
- Nível de inglés fluido
**¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?**
Tu objetivo será la retención y alta satisfacción de medianas y grandes cuentas. Tus tareas se basarán en la gestión de estas cuentas sus diferentes etapas a partir del cierre de la venta: diseño de plan de implementación, onboarding, realización de trainings a managers, gestión de solicitudes de desarrollos e integraciones con el equipo de producto, NPS y up selling/cross selling.
