**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
Descripción del puesto *

Perfil técnico: SAP Logistics *SAP Junior con:
1. Conocimiento funcional de los módulos de gestión de materiales (SAP MM), gestión de almacén (SAP WM) y Logística. (al menos 1 año)

2. Conocimientos básicos en User Management de SAP (Deseable)

3. Que conozcan las transacciones para monitorear Jobs

4. Que sepan qué es y para qué es un iDoc y que puedan identificar los principales posibles problemas relacionados a este tipo de archivos

5. No se requiere que conozcan o sepan de ABAP porque teóricamente no van a desarrollar

6. Un año de experiência de Service Desk (soporte a usuarios de aplicaciones)

7. Deseable tener conocimientos de ITIL

8. Deseable tener experiência y conocimiento en procesos del Sector Automotriz

9. Inglés intermedio, que pueda mantener una conversación técnica, así como documentar incidentes.

Las principales actividades a realizar tienen que ver con brindar soporte N1 a usuarios de aplicaciones donde puedan:
1. Analizar la causa raíz de los incidentes reportados por usuario en los módulos MM, WM y Logística en SAP.

2. Establecer un diagnóstico y proponer una solución al incidente.

3. Realizar tareas de escalamiento de tickets para N2 y N3.

4. Realizar seguimiento de incidentes, validación de impactos.

5. Generar reportes de estatus de turno y documentación de base de conocimientos.

6. Ejecutar tareas de monitoreo de Jobs para validación de ejecución en tiempo programados.

7. Validar la recepción de archivos en tiempo definidos.

8. Validar IDocs y monitoreo de estatus y comunicación.

9. Liberar scheduling agreements.

10. Realizar envío de pruebas de impresión y validación de impresoras SAP.

11. Validar errores en las interfaces utilizadas con SAP

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
User managment

1. Realizar desbloqueo de contraseñas de usuarios

2. Validar vigencias de cuentas de usuarios

3. Asignar queues.
