Responsabilidades,
1. Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes actuales a través de visitas y/o llamadas periódicas en conjunto con el Ejecutivo Comercial.
2. Cotizar de manera asertiva a sus clientes asegurándose del envío en tiempo de las tarifas solicitadas.
3. Asegurar la calidad en el servicio según necesidades del cliente.
a. Realizar y darle seguimiento a las encuestas de servicio aplicadas al cliente.
4. Ser creativos y obtener mayores ventas de clientes cautivos y nuevos.
5. Análisis de cartera de clientes en conjunto con el Ejecutivo Comercial
a. Detección oportuna de clientes que dejan de comprar según el periodo de tiempo definido.
b. Seguimiento a variación de volúmenes.
6. Análisis del volumen de ventas por cliente, por ruta, por tipo de mercancía, etc.

Mantener márgenes de rentabilidad óptimos a la empresa
Responsabilidades,
1. Maximizar utilidades a la empresa manteniendo y/o incrementando los volúmenes de cada uno de sus clientes.
2. Análisis continúo de tarifas y proveedores, informando al Ejecutivo Comercial las fortalezas y áreas de oportunidad.

Mantener un nível de excelencia en las ventas
Responsabilidades,
1) Asegurarse del cumplimiento efectivo de reglas y políticas establecidas por el departamento de Ventas.
a) Política de calidad en el servicio y atención al cliente.
b) Proceso de captación y desarrollo de cliente.
c) Reglas en cotizaciones
d) Código de ética y de vestimenta
2) Asegurarse del flujo continuo y efectivo de la operación.
a) Comunicación efectiva interna y con los clientes
b) Relación estrecha con el Departamento de Aduanas
i) Análisis, revisión y prevención sobre el cumplimiento necesario para el despacho aduanal.
ii) Retroalimentación continua de clientes
c) Relación estrecha con el Departamento de Pricing.
i) Análisis de tarifas de todos los servicios que ofrece la empresa.
d) Relación estrecha con el Departamento de Contabilidad.
i) Asegurar el envío de facturas en tiempo y forma
ii) Mantener cartera sana.
e) Relación estrecha con el Departamento de Control Interno.
i) Respetar las políticas.
f) Relación estrecha con Departamentos de Seguros, promocionando este servicio entre sus clientes.
g) Relación estrecha con el equipo operativo
ii) Reuniones con el ejecutivo operativo para detectar áreas de oportunidad
iii) Llevar en conjunto el seguimiento de los embarques

Análisis del mercado y la competencia, continúa capacitación.
Responsabilidades,
1. Buscar por sus propios medios el siempre estar actualizado sobre la situación general del mercado (navieras, GRIs, terminales, rutas, etc)
2. Conocer a su competencia, debilidades y fortalezas, y cómo usar esa información a su favor para el desarrollo de su cartera de clientes.
3. Adquirir por cuenta propia nuevas técnicas de venta de servicios, atención al cliente, llamadas y visitas en frío, etc.
4. Analizar precios y tendencias en el mercado de la logística.

Soporte al Ejecutivo Comercial
Responsabilidades,
1. Asistir al Ejecutivo de Ventas en toda actividad comercial, como:
a. Atención interna a clientes y prospectos
c. Llamadas y visitas de seguimiento con y sin el Ejecutivo Comercial.
d. Solución de problemas sin escalarlo al Ejecutivo Comercial
e. Tener conocimiento de la logística de los clientes para la solución de problemas de forma efectiva y oportuna.
f. Buena relación con todos los departamentos para el tema de negociaciones, cobranza, y resolución de temas operativos.
g. Llevar a cabo / Tener conocimiento de la agenda del Ejecutivo de Ventas
i. Prospección de nuevos clientes
j. Actualización y seguimiento del CRM
k. Reporteo y revisión de indicadores.

**Cumpliendo como objetivo**: Dar completo soporte al Ejecutivo Comercial con cotizaciones, negociaciones, y seguimientos a los clientes cautivos. Además, debe ser capaz de actuar en nombre del Ejecutivo Comercial cuando este último se encuentre en citas, por lo que debe contar con todos los conocimientos y estrategias requeridas para el puesto.
