Part-time Cold Calling Representative

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Cold Caller Representative to join our dynamic real estate team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact between potential clients and our company, playing a crucial part in our sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective buyers and sellers through cold calling, introducing them to our services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude, as you will be instrumental in generating leads and opportunities for our business.
**Compensation**:
$5 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate services and identifying their buying or selling needs.
- Converting cold prospects to leads.
- Schedule appointments for prospects to meet with sales representatives.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, including those not interested, callbacks, and scheduled appointments, in our CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Some familiarity with dialers such as Calltools, Mojodialer, Readymode, and Batchdialer.
- Familiarity with CRM like Podio.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
- Experience in cold calling in the Real Estate Industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to meet and exceed goals.
