**General Description**:
Person in charge will be responsible of analyze and deeply understand Mexico market. Will be responsible to monitor market activity and to propose product, price and incentives tactical actions and strategy, along with Jr Manager. The responsible of this position will require preparing information to Top Management and present it on demand. Sr Product Specialist needs to coordinate core activities with key stakeholders, such as product launches, pricing and commercial offer.

This person will be responsible of frequently present results and the status of its activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Alignment with internal stakeholders about product pricing strategy: Cost-Break-Down and price analysis for product launches.
- Consolidate key market information from different sources such as Sales, Dealers/Importers, Product Planning, PMO, Finance.
- Coordinate product launches and align activities with all the functions and key stakeholders and share progress to Top Management.
- Track and secure main KPIs over a monthly basis (profitability, incentives, sales volume, competitiveness, market share).
- Track and consolidate competitors and market trends along with dealer, to analyze the competitiveness to establish the correct commercial offer strategy.
- Propose monthly incentives to Jr Manager and Deputy Director
- Review in detail marketing communications materials (website, brochures, marketing campaigns).
- Secure the deployment on time of commercial offer and pricing launches.
- Monthly payments to dealer network and control of budget.
- Prepare presentations to Top Management.

**Education/Certifications**:

- Engineering / Marketing / Administration & Finance

**Previous Work Experience**
- Background in the Automotive Industry is desired.

**Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Price and market analysis, price positioning, and work with large databases.
