To provide Source to Contract project management leadership to Clients with respect to materials technical/commercial data setup in support of new product launches.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
Acts as the primary interface between clients and Source to Contract for managing newly awarded programs to achieve time commitments, profitability, and flawless launch.
Coordinate the cross-functional teams within the Source to Contract organization to drive the day-to-day activities required for a successful program launch to timelines, while driving strategic initiatives & continuous improvement.
Understand, adopt, & drive to all commercial commitments agreed to at time of business award.
Coordinate and hosts regular program tracking meetings with the Client and internal Source to Contract team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting occurs.
Liaison with our end Customers as required to facilitate swift issue resolution, build working partnerships, and propose alternative solutions.
Develop plans to meet commitments and schedules for clients; Develops action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions or unexpected setbacks.
Solicit performance feedback and communicates information to internal teams
Provide business & technical support/guidance to the Operations Teams by interfacing with customer's decision makers.
Support & drive continuous improvement projects and process enhancements.
Lead strategic projects that drive incremental benefits to the organization.
Deliver to team metrics.

**CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong time/multitasking skills
Ability to engage with Managers, Directors, VPs in collaborative discussions
Strong Leadership, prioritization, and logistics/coordination skills
Some background in complex problem management and resolution
Knowledge of Source to Contract areas and Strategic Sourcing (Global Commodity Engineer/Commodity Management)
In-depth working knowledge of at least one Source to Contract function

**EDUCATION**

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Commerce, Economics, or Engineering), or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
