Activites:

- Prepares customer complaints, and executes communication and correspondence with customer and with internal Repair Center resources.
- Conducts the inbound delivery process, and checks documentation, papers. Agrees with customer on timelines for repair processes, in cooperation with accountable Repair Technician or Repair Management.
- Gathers data and information from the Repair organization (e.g. personal working hours, absenteeism, operating grade, workload, etc.).
- Prepares routined reports, correspondence, and/or statistics for unit management.
- Maintains Repair records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems.
- Prepares the dispatch documents needed to ship the product or machine repaired back to customer.
- Supports the Repair organization with any other general support activities.
