Garantizar la eficiencia en la disponibilidad de los materiales necesarios para el correcto mantenimiento de los aerogeneradores, garantizando los plazos, volúmenes pactados, parámetros de calidad y la relación coste-beneficio establecida por la SGRE.

Cómo contribuir a nuestra visión

  • Gestionar las necesidades de materiales, insumos y componentes, a través de solicitudes de reposición de Parques Eólicos, vía SAP MRP o demanda específica, analizando el LRR (nível de inventario, stock de seguridad, punto de reposición, consumo medio, etc.), creando entregas/expediciones en el sistema para reponer artículos en tiempo y forma, con calidad de stock y manteniendo un alto nível de desempeño del servicio. Gestionar las demandas de materiales, insumos y componentes, al comprar directamente a los proveedores (PO), a través de correos electrónicos y seguimiento vía SAP, con el objetivo de cumplir con las fechas y cantidades especificadas.
  • Buscar soluciones cuando existan dificultades en los procesos de atención, orientando y actualizando a los interesados sobre el estado de las solicitudes.
  • Asegurar el envío de componentes a los Parques Eólicos, a través de rutas quincenales, o fletes dedicados, por demanda puntual en servicio de máquina parada, mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo, SB, Repair Up Tower, etc. Gestionar los procesos de devolución de materiales de los Parques Eólicos para CDN Camaçari, o transferencia para otros Parques Eólicos, asegurándose de que los componentes estén en condiciones físicas de uso (embalaje conservado y dentro de la vigencia de uso), que los documentos de transferencia sean creados dentro el sistema SAP, que existan saldos contables, que sean embalados, identificados y conservados para el transporte, así como sustentados con los documentos fiscales requeridos.
Lo que necesitas para marcar la diferencia

  • Medir la disponibilidad y desempeño del servicio de Parques Eólicos, buscando mantener níveles de LRR por encima del 95%, resolviendo partidas puestas a cero y reduciendo sobre inventarios.
  • Actuar y medir el desempeño de los servicios de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, también con un desempeño superior al 95%. Agilizar el servicio de máquinas paradas, con el objetivo de un máximo de 48 horas para los procesos; participar en las reuniones diarias de LISTA ROJA, estando en sinergia con los Supervisores de los Parques Eólicos, posicionando el alcance del servicio.
  • Realizar reuniones periódicas con los Supervisores y PDs de los Parques Eólicos para alinear las demandas planificadas de actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo, SB, Repair Up Tower, etc., buscando asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
  • Ser el enlace entre los Clientes Internos y el área de SCM, buscando los alineamientos necesarios para garantizar la efectividad en los procesos de la Cadena de Suministro
