**Job Description**:
**Main Objective**
Coordinate and administrate both the activities and resources of the Quality Labs to ensure that product tests and its results analysis are carried out on time, including dimensional measurements and physical tests on the products.
**What challenges will you have?**
- Ensure the existence of methods and technical procedures for the tooling and the measurement system
- Guarantee that the maintenance and calibration of the lab equipment is performed within the established dates; perform process capability studies
- Ensure that quality activities assigned to the laboratories are carried out accordingly to the requirements of the business unit
- Coordinate the statistical analysis of the reliability of the measurement system
- Oversee compliance of R&R studies on measuring systems
- Comply with client specific requirements for audit reports on products
- Track and optimize the usage of the Lab equipment
- Support on Engineering Change Requests
- Support other areas with specific measurements
- Establish the needs and requirements of Repairs, Maintenance, Initial Costs, Machinery & Equipment and Consumables for the proper functioning of the Quality Labs
**Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Quality Engineer, Manufacture Quality Engineer, Customer Quality Engineer
- Advanced English level
**Technical Knowledge**
- Core Tools (APQP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, PFMEA)
- Quality Tools (Cpk, R&R)
- Problem Solving (8Ds, Ishikawa, 5s)
- Lean manufacturing
- Knowledge on ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Knowledge on ISO9001 and IATF6949
- SAP
- GD&T
