Mantiene las instalaciones en buen estado de funcionamiento en todo momento.
- Control de las rutinas planificadas para cada proveedor.
- Armado de calendario anual de rutinas preventivas.
- Recepción y detección de solicitudes.
- Seguimiento de resolución de incidencias y cierre.
- Análisis. Reporte y plan de acción Comunicación estratégica con integrantes del equipo y cliente.
- Administrar, comprar, contratar, supervisar, hacer seguimiento de EPP, insumos de mantenimiento, higiene y consumibles, etc.
- Elaboración y actualización mensual de reporte de gastos.
- Análisis de gastos, desvíos y pronósticos.
- Soporte a auditorias de HSE.
- Gestión de documentos auditables.
- Elaboración de reportes mensuales de operación internos y para el cliente.
- Colaboración en la elaboración del plan anual identificando gastos, contrataciones e intervenciones a incorporarse en el mismo.
- Elaborará un informe de recomendación sobre las estrategias de contratación de proveedores, y sugerirá acciones para optimizar contrataciones en los casos que sea posible, en los cuales se genere un ahorro en el gasto presupuestado.
- Determinación de oportunidades de mejoras, ahorros y propuestas.
- Asegura la gestión rápida y precisa de las Pos en E1.
- Gestión y supervisión de entregables de las áreas de JLL, HR, HSE, Finance
- Supervisar el desempeño de los proveedores
**Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas**
- Diploma en Arquitectura o Ingeniería
- 2 a 3 años de experiência en instalaciones de manufactura, administración de propiedades, o campos relacionados.
- Es valorado el conocimiento de los requisitos locales de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, las instalaciones críticas y la gestión de proveedores de servicios especializados.
- Comprender los aspectos técnicos de la propiedad (HVAC en communication rooms o site, sistema de enfriamiento, sistema de ventilación, aire comprimido, sistemas PCI, sistema mecánico y eléctrico, sistema BMS).
- Sólidos conocimientos de PC y capacidad para administrar las actividades diarias utilizando varios sistemas.
- Inglés deseable.
