- Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o Derecho
- De 1 a 2 años de experiência en relaciones laborales o recursos humanos
- Atención al detalle
- Manejo de Excel, Word y Outlook
- Análisis numérico
- Habilidad de planificación
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita
- Inglés avanzado oral y escrito
- Capacidad de organización
- Desarrollo y seguimiento de proyectos
- Implementación de proyectos de desarrollo organizacional
- Seguimiento a envíos y retornos de paquetería
- Apoyo en elaboración de documentos y constancias
- Elaboración de reportes y bases de datos
**Responsabilidades**:
a. Aplicación del proceso de renuncia
b. Aplicación de encuestas de salida
C. Análisis y elaboración de reporte mensual de datos de encuestas de salida
d. KPI: reporte mensual, semestral y anual de desvinculaciones, por gerente, por motivo, por estado de cierre.
e. Separaciones involuntarias
f. Análisis de cumplimiento del marco laboral para procedimientos y negociación de reducción de riesgos
g. Análisis de estrategia y direccionamiento de despidos junto con Gerentes
h. Generar la papelería y programar la llamada para que se firmen las desvinculaciones

Salario: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
