We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Plant HR Generalist Labor Relations** based in **Torreon.**_ _(E-Systems Division).

As Plant HR Generalist Labor Relations will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Plant HR Manager.

**Your tasks will be**:

- Preparation of reports, KPIS follow -ups of the department and of all compliance issues.
- Conflict resolution, research, and people in charge.
- Attend meetings and negotiations with labor union.
- Implement and execute Human Resources initiatives.
- Monitor and follow up on Absenteeism and Turnover metrics.
- Communicate to the areas involved to define corrective actions.

**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Preferably Graduate in Law, Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or any related field.
- Computer package management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources field.
- English Intermediate level.
- Preferably experience with people in charge.
- Good customer service.
- Problem solving skills.
