**The Job**:

- The Benefits Intern will actively learn the benefits team by supporting the development, implementation, and administration of our global programs. This position will help ensure compliance with Epicor’s policies as well as country-specific laws and regulations.**What you will be doing**:

- Learn about Epicor’s benefits philosophy, main processes, and how it impacts the business.
- Support employees with benefit enrollment questions and follow-up actions
- Support the team with benefit vendor’s invoice processing.
- Assign mandatory modules for US new hires through our Learning Management System as part of our onboarding program, as well as promote other optional learning available for employees.
- Assist with different project management opportunities such as time off policies, career growth guides, etc.

- High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
