**The Team**:
The Marketing IMC team at Mattel Latin America is in charge of centralize the Advertising & Promotion budget management, assuring we invest in the right channels and products to generate demand within our customers to achieve our goals

**The Opportunity**:
Mattel is currently seeking a Associate Manager Digital Mktg -Finance-** What Your Impact Will Be**
- Managing A&P forecasting process
- Supporting the monthly, quaterly and yearly end close process from and A&P perspective with variance analysis fosucing on budget allocation per brand working together with finance team
- Perform detailed reviews of actual spend with finance business partners and budget holders
- Summarizing key findings to support budget discussions and decision making with the business
- Supporting on annual budget process
- Maintaning and improving the process supporting financial planning and analysis activities
- Media investments financial analysis providing cash flow planning
- Managing and controlling monthly Anaplan (business planning tool) A&P submission, aligning with brand budget holders
- Aligning and tracking yearly marketing provisions
