Descripción de Funciones

Asegure una demanda actualizada en el sistema ERP procesando pedidos de clientes

a) Asegúrese de que la demanda del cliente ERP esté actualizada y sea correcta en el sistema.

b) Corregir los acuerdos de programación de SAP del cliente Familiarícese con los Manuales de clientes - Comprenda el proceso de EDI y etiquetado de los clientes, el papeleo, etc.

c) Mantenga los pedidos de los clientes en el sistema ERP para garantizar la precisión.

d) Actualice las versiones de clientes para clientes que no son EDI. Monitoree, concilie y corrija el EDI del cliente por error.

e) Asegúrese de que la demanda del cliente a largo plazo disponible se cargue en SAP (como requisitos independientes para los 1 2 meses).

Gestión de requisitos de envío de clientes difíciles.

a)Administre las variaciones del cliente y coordine con la planificación de la producción y la programación del ajuste requerido a los planes de construcción. Si es necesario, proponga planes de envío alternativos.

b) Siga el proceso de escalado para la variación de la demanda y los riesgos potenciales del cliente.

c) Coordinar con la planificación de la producción que las piezas estén disponibles según la demanda del cliente (parte correcta / tiempo correcto / cantidad correcta).

d) Aumente la solicitud de carga premium de salida y obtenga la aprobación si es necesario. Elevar la PTA

Desencadenar envíos al Cliente de acuerdo con los requisitos y el plan de envío acordado

a) Envíos coordinados: comunicación con transportistas de clientes, cronogramas de envío dentro de los plazos y normas de aduanas, y necesidades de documentación, etc.

b) Activa el envío de ERP, siempre que haya suficiente stock disponible y de acuerdo con los requisitos del cliente.

c) Confirmar / acordar planes de envío con el cliente.

d) Asegúrese de que los envíos de Delphi coincidan con los requisitos del cliente: volumen, tiempo, papeleo, etiquetado, ASN.

e) Monitoree y responda los mensajes y las métricas del cliente dentro del tiempo permitido y a través de los medios de comunicación preferidos por el cliente (por ejemplo, portales, formularios especiales, etc.)

f) Acceso a los portales de los clientes para monitorear y controlar el ship performance de aquellos clientes que manejen este métrico. Registro de los scorecards de estos clientes en un tracker.

Conocimientos Básicos Requeridos:

- Carrera profesional terminada o experiência en el puesto
- Ingles avanzado para mantener conversación con los clientes en conferencias
- Habilidad para mantener el trabajo en equipo
- Alto sentido de responsabilidad
- Alto nível de Análisis
- Habilidades de comunicacion a todos los níveles de la organizacion.
