Manage personal accounts by proactively following up
- Must be able to adapt to Envision's expanding curriculum and partners to provide a personalized customer experience
- Communicate in an effective and timely fashion between families and proper internal personnel
- Provide high-quality customer service to WorldStrides partners and customers
- Ensure effective and timely bi-directional communication between customers, relevant internal stakeholders, and external partners.

**Position Qualifications**:
- Degree & Certifications (preferred)
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent of work experience
**Skills & Knowledge (required)**:
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office products: Outlook, Word and Excel; and ability to learn additional computer products to support business needs
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to work in professional work environment
- Demonstrated initiative
- Must be extremely customer oriented and a team player
- Solid customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task
- At least 1+ years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sales
