We’re looking for a dynamic **Business Development Representative** to join the first wave of employees at our **Mexico office** and play a key role in our expansion into the LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, and Chile).
We are seeking a driven and talented team player to join our sales team for the Spanish market. This is a role that enables individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a competitive spirit to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally.
- This position is based in **Mexico City (Polanco).**
- ** Research & Market Analysis**: Study market trends, verticals, and customer segments within LATAM to identify key opportunities. Gather prospect data to create tailored outreach strategies.
- ** Prospect Engagement**: Leverage your knowledge of Aircall’s products and services to engage with prospects, generate interest, and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- ** Consultative Sales Approach**: Develop a deep understanding of your prospects’ businesses to effectively communicate Aircall's value proposition, build relationships, and spark curiosity.
- ** CRM Management**: Document and track all activities and prospect details within Salesforce to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
- ** Collaboration & Events**: Work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in regional events to help expand Aircall’s presence in the LATAM market.
**A little more about you**:
- At least **1 year of experience** in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS. Experience in **outbound sales** and **lead generation** is a plus.
- Fluency in **Spanish and English** (written and spoken).
- A driven individual with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed targets. You thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
- Strong **organizational and time management** skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with **Salesforce** and revenue engagement tools like **Gong** or **Outreach** is a plus.
