**What will make you the best fit**:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a customer service role is a plus.
Fluency in English including exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conduct market surveys, gather relevant data, and assist in preparing marketing materials.
Strong administrative skills to book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and marketing practices is a plus.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication, scheduling, calendar and document management, and task coordination.
Availability to work in Arizona Time, ensuring effective collaboration with the local team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities remotely.
A results-driven person with a growth-mindset orientation
**What you will do**:
Manage and maintain the virtual calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Coordinate travel arrangements considering preferences and budgets.
Assist in creating marketing packages/flyers, and offering memorandums.
Collaborate with the mapping team to facilitate the collection and organization of mapping data.
Conduct market research to gather information on different markets, including real estate trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Adapt to new technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
