Customer Success
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Administración Hotelera, Marketing, o afine ( Deseable Titulado)
- Idioma: Inglés Avanzado (Indispensable)
Mínima de 2 a 3 años en puesto similar desarrollando funciones como:
- Roles de Customer Success, como soporte al cliente, gestión de cuentas, preferiblemente en sectores de tecnología o servicios de Hotelería (Deseable)
- Conocimiento de soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas al sector hotelero (PMS, POS, CRM, ERP). Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, capacidad de resolución de problemas, empatía y orientación al cliente.
- Promover la adopción de nuevas funcionalidades y servicios complementarios.
- Gestión de Múltiples cuentas
