The Expansion function is here to support in adding meaningful growth. We are responsible, in partnership with our brands, for all aspects of creating and maintaining our real estate portfolio: we lease, design, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. We add new stores and optimize the current portfolio through rebuilds, extensions, renegotiations, relocations and consolidations.

On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Construction & Facilities Manager MX CO EC (C&F) you will be a key player in making this happen. You are a part of the Sales Market Expansion team.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Leading, motivating and challenging the C&F MX CO EC team through our values, leadership expectations and with a growth mindset.
- Based on expansion plans and historical information set ambitious short
- and long-term goals and strategy together with the LATAM C&F.
- You are responsible for solid business cases and the performance of all construction and facilities activities in those markets.
- Understand the business case behind each project in order to be able to drive negotiations and budgeting process in targeted direction.

You have the ability to work strategically, by planning ahead and foresee opportunities and improvements.You have a strong business mindset, communicate well and you are comfortable in making decisions. You effectively collaborate with groups of diverse people and you communicate in an inspiring way to motivate colleagues and teams.
- Besides your personality we see that you have:_
- Experience from managing a team.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience from Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate, preferably within the retail industry.
- Experience from working in an international, matrix organization with several stakeholders and seniority levels.
- A degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Business Administration.
- A good understanding about technical installations (such as HVAC, Fire Safety systems, electrical installations etc.), procurement, health & safety, facility or construction management techniques.
- Any certificate within the C&F field is meriting.
- Flexibility to travel within the sales market on a frequent basis.
- ** Fluent written and spoken English.**
