Descripción del empleo

On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a HR SAP Specialist MX CO EC (Success Factors) you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the team you are own and manage the data for our country in People data.
HR SAP Specialist are responsible for the data quality and that all accesses are set up correctly. Understanding the system, educating end users, and supporting the organization with global HR process, job role changes and correct data input
The position is based in our Mexico City Support Office, within our HR Function.

**_ Key responsibilities include:_**
Solution maintenance:

- Read, understand and have a depth knowledge of the solution. Use guidelines and test environment to explore and understand the solution.
- Do test in test environment when new functions are realized, or incidents are corrected and give feedback.
- You are responsible of the data quality, manage and clean organizational structure, job roles, accesses, and make sure your country follow H&M access policy, the local and global laws.
- You are responsible to manage global assignments, reports, reset passwords and unlock Accounts.
- You are responsible that correct RBP are given to correct employees.
- Administrative support in HR activities
- KPI´s reporting
- Use and maintenance of HR tools
- Monitoring of internal administrative process
- Manage present and future projects that help develop the tool according to global strategies of the company
- Run and implement monthly routines in which data completion and quality are priorities

Manage Request and issues:

- You are responsible to create CSR, demands and incidents when help from AM teams is needed. You are also responsible to test that the changes and corrections are according to expectations, and you need to act on verifying this fast to keep the processing time short.

Support and training:

- You are responsible to ensure to build and efficient training and support organization. It shall not only be the CSU who train the end users, but the CSU are responsible that end users get the training they need.
- Keep the training materials and guidelines up to date with the changes done in People data.
- Be the first point of contact for any questions in your countries and ensure there are no blocks for employee data flow
- Combine knowledge about your countries and about People Data, to get the best solution
- Create reports that enable decision making for HR and the company as a whole

Communication:

- Communicate the system use, lift concerns and minimize risks, have a good understanding of future system releases and manage the impact on the end users.
- Attend meetings with global superusers and AM teams.
- You are the spokesperson for People Data in your countries and the spokesperson for your countries to the AM Team.

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Administration or similar
- 1 year experience in HR analyst, HR specialist, or similar
- Experience in analytical, logístical or Data role a plus
- Experience in employee management software, such as Workday, Oracle Talent Management, SAP Success Factor
- Deep understanding in Data
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work at a high level with Microsoft Excel
- ** Advanced level of English**
