**Position Overview**:

- Accelerate Stills **sustainable profitable growth** by analyzing, designing and implementing successful Route to Market and Capabilities for **Modern Trade** within the FMCG industry. This role will lead several initiatives to constantly assess, challenge and evolve the different elements of our current Route to Market capabilities such as pre-sale, order placing, loading, merchandising/POS execution and distribution across the different types of Modern Trade.

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to lead the design, experiment and deploy RTM models and Capabilities across different markets to develop and assure Quality Availability of our brands and total portfolio in the Modern Trade, generating topline growth, profitability improvement and being recognized by our customers as preffered commercial partner
- Define the plan for Modern Trade aligned with our LT RTM _vision, strategy + KPI’s_ for Stills LATAM
- Collaborate with the commercial/KKAA and STILL team to embed the RTM priorities in the channel and customer value creation agenda
- Assess _current internal and external RTM models_ within Modern Trade in order to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across LATAM (“shift and lift”)
- Understand the _gaps_ between what we want to achieve and what we have today
- _ Engage and influence_ the Bottling System towards the established vision and the path to deliver it (roadmap)
- Pilot new RTM models avoiding duplication and reducing time to market roll out across LATAM
- In close partnership with Finance and Supply Chain, continuously update financial analysis to assess _value chain optimization_ efforts and synergies
- In the **short term**, this role will require a special focus in aligning the agenda with the System, improving our portfolio competitiveness and accelerating the implementation of new RTM solutions to drive stills growth in Modern Trade across LATAM

**Related Work Experience**:

- 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry
- Experience in Modern Trade and Servicing models (experience in the modern trade in Mexico is a great differential)
- Holistic approach building a strategic roadmap with stakeholders and capacity to execute multitask projects
