Your role at Clorox:
El Foreing Trade Analyst North Latam a es responsable de la coordinar el proceso de Comercio internacional en el cluster Norte, tanto de materias primas, repuestos, muestras y producto terminado. (Mexico
- CAM - PR) También es responsable de la formación, desarrollo y evaluación del equipo de Comex en North Latam.
In this role, you will:
- Dar seguimiento a la operación de Importación y Exportación en North Latam en donde se controlan los procesos desde que se colocan las órdenes de compra hasta que es recibida y debidamente liquidada e ingresada en los módulos de SAP correspondientes.- Apoyar las iniciativas de proyectos de importación y exportación de materias primas y de productos terminados en el cluster norte como SPOT de Comex regional de la función.- Estimar y analizar los costos logísticos de importación y exportación de las iniciativas y/o proyectos del negocio a nível del cluster norte.- Brindar apoyo y soporte, mediante el conocimiento técnico de comercio exterior y aduanas a las diversas áreas de la compañía según sea requerido.- Asegurar la continuidad de la operación de Comercio Exterior en el cluster norte.- Controlar y supervisar los costos generados en cualquier proceso relacionado con las importaciones y/o exportaciones.- Asegurar que el equipo de Importación y Exportación de North Latam cumple a cabalidad con los registros respectivos de facturas de proveedores, provisiones de gastos con nuestra área de finanzas.- Asegurar el cumplimento de reportes necesarios en facturas y cargas en tránsito hacia nuestra área de finanzas.- Revisar y autorizar según el DOA las facturaciones de servicios de logística, incluye servicios de importación y exportación. (según lo estipulado por las tarifas negociadas y los contratos firmados y activos en Clorox).- Crear, ingresar y gestionar las propuestas y proyectos de ahorro en PPM, asi como el seguimiento de los mismos.
What we look for:
Experiência:
- Conocimientos y experiência comprobada en tramitología de los regímenes de importación y exportación (incluidos trámites o gestiones fitosanitarias así como “legalidades” aduaneras).- Conocimiento en transporte internacional marítimo, aéreo, terrestre, servicio courier y multimodal.- Conocimiento y experiência en regímenes aduanales.- Conocimiento y experiência en INCOTERMS, tratados de libre comercio, normas de origen, carga peligrosa (IMO) y otros relacionados.
Conocimientos adicionales:
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office.- Conocimiento en gestión de costos, aranceles de importación, Leyes Aduaneras y Comercio Internacional. Asi como barreras arancelarias y no arancelarias.- Conocimientos en SAP (deseable)
Educación:
- Grado académico: Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Aduanas, o Ingeniería industrial con énfasis en cadenas de suministro.- Idioma Extranjero: Inglés- Dominio del idioma: Intermedio y/o avanzado
