Your role at Clorox:
Ayudar al Brand Manager en analizar, diseñar, implementar y controlar la ejecución de los planes de marketing de las marcas asignadas con el fin de cumplir los objetivos de volumen, venta, márgenes y profit establecidos.

In this role, you will:

- Manejo y coordinación de actividades de Marketing para cada uno de los países asignados dentro del Cluster North LATAM (MX, PR, PAN, CR, CARICOM)
- Administrar y controlar el presupuesto de marketing de las marcas asignadaa. (controlar el spending por quarter).
- Administrar el presupuesto de advertising, consumer promotion y sales promotion (la parte de consumidor).
- Realizar el seguimiento del volumen de venta y analizar la evolución de los productos de la categoría.
- Generar ideas y planes promocionales de apoyo en conjunto con Trade Marketing, con el fin de detectar y capturar oportunidades de volumen incremental.
- Realizar análisis de rentabilidad por categoría y por sku recomendando acciones.
- Otorgar apoyo y soporte al Brand Manager en la planeación estratégica (LRP, Business Plans y Business Review) y los planes de marketing de las marcas asignadas.
- Analizar tendencias, proyecciones, elaborar nuevos proyectos y evaluar distintas alternativas de actividades.
- Analizar la información de mercado, tendencias y evoluciones (Nielsen, Kantar, Panel, información pública disponible).
- Liderar estudios cualitativos o cuantitativos que sean necesarios para entender mejor al consumidor.
- Liderar proceso de desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Liderar y coordinar equipo multifuncional (Finanzas, TSO, Ventas, PS, R&D).
- Realizar el seguimiento y ser responsable por el performance del producto y la evolución del volumen de venta.
- Realizar visitas a los puntos de venta, con el fin de otorgar input de la ejecución del plan de marca en el punto de venta.

What we look for:

- 2 a 4 años de experiência en Marketing en empresas idealmente multinacionales.
- Graduado en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería
- Inglés fluído (escrito y oral)
- Manejo de data de mercado-Nielsen/Kantar
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas, Orientación a resultados, proactividad, Liderazgo
- Manejo avanzado de Excel
- Esquema de trabajo Híbrido

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days home office)
