**About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and promoting our studio's services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect research and lead generation: Identify and research potential new clients through various channels, such as online directories, networking events, and referral programs.
- Schedule consultations: Coordinate appointments for potential clients with practitioners and answer any initial questions they may have.
- Develop and maintain relationships: Build rapport with potential clients and industry professionals to foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records: Document interactions with potential clients and track progress through the sales funnel.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Google tools
