We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analista de mensajeria

Principales Responsabilidades: Actividades clave y áreas de toma de decisiones
- Realizar las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de la operación de los procesos de Entrega de Tarjetas, dando cumplimiento al FIM de operaciones.
- Establecer controles que se enfoquen en la prevención de errores en la operación.
- Buscar mejoras en los procesos del área de Entrega de Tarjetas
- Seguimiento a los incidentes localizados durante el proceso.
- Cumplimiento a los objetivos anuales
- Generar mejoras en los procesos enfocados a cumplir las necesidades del negocio.
- Participar en la aplicación de nuevo procesos y/o proyectos, del área
- Operar las solicitudes de Envío de Tarjetas presentadas por los clientes del área de Envío de Tarjetas.
- Procesar y desarrollar las actividades diarias del proceso de Envío de Tarjetas
- Garantizar al 100% los soportes operativos de los envíos correspondiente al proceso de Envío de Tarjetas.
- Análisis de bases para la identificación de anormalidades en la operación
- Elaboración métricas diarios, semanales y mensuales a proveedores, Dirección y Negocio
- Supervisar el adecuado cumplimiento por parte de los proveedores de los lineamientos establecidos en el acuerdo de níveles de servicio firmado con cada uno de ellos, así como continua comunicación y seguimiento a nuevos lineamientos que tengan que establecerse con la finalidad de contar con un control eficiente en el desarrollo del proceso.
- Operar de acuerdo a la normativa y procedimientos institucionales.
- Elaborar y mantener actualizada la documentación (IT´s) de los procesos de Envío de Tarjetas
- Participar en el desarrollo de proyectos de Mejora Continua del proceso de Envío de Tarjetas, mediante la generación de información que sirve de base para el diseño de sistemas que tienen como objetivo la optimización de dicho proceso.
- Asegurar el control de la información y/o documentación generada en la operación para asegurar la integridad y/o confidencialidad de la misma.
- Llevar una revisión diaria de Icat´s enviando en tiempo y forma correcciones, errores, felicitaciones y quejas.
- Garantizar la correcta capacitación de un back up para cubrir cualquier contingencia o periodo vacacional que se llegará a presentar dentro de los procesos a cargo.
- Comunicación diaria con el asesor y gerente, mediante el cual se valide anormalidades en la operación, eventos relevantes, etc.
- Cumplir en tiempo y forma con los objetivos establecidos, contando con evidencia oportuna para su análisis.

**Requirements**:
Conocimientos:
Microsoft Office nível avanzado

Conocimientos deseados, de sofware institucional como OH Cards, Hogan, (deseable)

Manejo de aplicaciones de Postventa, Sistema de Cuidado al Cliente, (deseable), SIAM (deseable)

Servicio al cliente

Facilidad de comunicación
