We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Processor Cash Payms and Recs

El propósito de esta función es garantizar que las transacciones se procesen con precisión y que las transacciones se pasen sin defectos. Es posible que se le solicite al titular del trabajo que procese transacciones y consultas relacionadas con el procesamiento de pagos continuos y salientes, transferencias electrónicas, investigaciones y verificaciones, consultas de sucursales, llamadas entrantes y salientes a clientes y sucursales, pagos manuales, pagos con cheques, cámara de compensación y BACS y HSBCNet. y la conciliación de cuentas.

Requirements
- Cumplir con la garantía establecida con negocio para la Operación de los Procesos
- Atender correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas y solucionar casos especiales de las Sucursales respecto al proceso a cargo
- Cumplir con las garantías, disminuir los PNC, respetar los tiempos de entrega.
- Identificar oportunidades para aumentar la eficiencia y la coherencia del proceso. Recibir retroalimentación y seguimiento mensual a los objetivos establecidos al personal del equipo.
- Participar en los equipos de trabajo para la atención de participación en proyectos cuidando el cumplimiento de las garantías operativas
- Participar en los equipos de trabajo para implantar los cambios en normativas demás necesidades de la institución.Conocimientos en estadística y contabilidad (nível medio)
- Experiência / habilidades en el manejo de procesos operativos, situaciones críticas, auto-dirigido, innovación y mejora continua. Pro actividad, experiência en documentación de procesos.
- Experiência en la operación de sistemas para realizar operaciones en los mercados financieros.
- Experiência previa laborando en alguna institución financiera, o alguna otra área dentro de HSBC.
- Habilidades de comunicación: escrita y verbalIdioma: inglés nível intermedio
- avanzado
- Paquetería principal Office: Excel, Word, PPT, Visio
- Flexibilidad de adaptación a los Horarios de los procesos
