**Summary of Position**:
The Executive Assistant/procurement will report to the GM/Country Manager and is responsible for support for the GM and the operations group in Jalisco. This will include presentations, reports, calendar and management meetings, as well as support in other administration matters as designated throughout Mexico.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
- Answers and screens telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
- Conducts research, and compiles and types analytical or statistical reports.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Composes and prepares routine correspondence, reports, etc.
- May have access to some confidential information.
- Schedules appointments and keeps calendars current.
- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules, itineraries and reservations. May prepare and reconcile expense reports.
- Receives and enters excel and revel reports.
- Supports Admin needs of Inspector manager and station managers
- May perform other duties as required.
- Complies with all security policies and procedures, to ensure that the highest level of system
- and data confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained.

**Supervisory Responsibility**

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

**Job Qualifications**
- College-level coursework in business administration, or equivalent education or experience.
- Three to five years’ experience in secretarial and/or administrative support duties.
- Strong computer operation skills, including advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel.
- Must be highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
