Executive Assistant

**SUMMARY**
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Schedule and prepare for meetings for GM taking notes and implementing follow-ups as needed.
- Manage the GM's complex and dynamic calendar of appointments under significant constraints, evaluate and prioritize time requests, and ensure the GM is on schedule and has received briefing materials in a timely manner from appropriate executive leadership team members for all appointments.
- Sorting through the mail and other communications and distributing to the appropriate parties.
- Calendar management and scheduling.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Provide direct administrative support to the GM.
- Arrange and detailed travel plans for the GM, provide itineraries and agendas, compile documents for travel-related meetings, and complete travel authorizations and expense reports on behalf of the GM.
- Coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing communications to the GM's office by receiving, routing, and/or responding to incoming communications.
- Provide logístical and tactical support to the Board of Directors meetings at the direction of the GM.
- Manage special events, conferences, and special invitations that GM receive from different places.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Advanced English Communication Skills (writing, speaking, and reading).
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of executive administrative experience supporting high-level, productive executive(s).
- Outstanding organization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient Computer skills
- High Customer Service personality
- Proactive and Self-directed
