**Your Impact**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Understand hiring needs, staffing requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions, including brokers, analysts, administrative staff, and support professionals.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in HR, Psychology, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, plus proven experience in recruiting for financial services or sales roles.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools and technologies.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
**What We Offer**:
- $16,000 pesos per month + Commissions.
- Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
