We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics and customer needs to develop actionable plans that maximize sales.

About the Role
  • Analyze market data and customer performance to identify opportunities for product rotation at the point of sale.
  • Conduct visits to customer locations to gather feedback on commercial activities and identify ways to enhance product rotation.
  • Negotiate trading volumes and monitor compliance with sales targets, conducting business reviews to strengthen customer relationships.
  • E nsure effective execution of the business plan at the point of sale, tracking the implementation of demand-generating activities and fostering relationships with managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • +2 years of business experience within CPG Companies (Desirable).
  • Specific Experience Managing: Field sales and Third party merchandising.
  • Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers, Proximity Channel & HFS (Distributors) and Key customers across geographies (Desirable).
  • Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
  • Intermediate English level.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
