**Especialista Sr. en Operaciones de almacén, logística y Supply Chain**

**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Logística, Industrial o a fin.
- Manejo de paquetería Microsoft office y Excel Avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, filtros, gráficas, reportes)
- **Indispensable** el manejo de idioma **INGLÉS AVANZADO** (hablado, leído y escrito)
- Deseable cuente con conocimientos en manejo de SAP o WMS
- **Conocimientos especializados **en gestión de logística operativa, cadena de suministro, operaciones de almacén, distribución, implementación de procesos de almacén y supply chain, trato con proveedores 3PL y de transporte, conocimientos en planeación de producción, compra de materiales, control de inventarios, selección y subcontratación de proveedores, creación y análisis de métricas e indicadores KPIS, gestión y supervisión de personal operativo. Conocimientos de buenas prácticas de almacén y mejora continua, manejo de layout de almacén.
- Experiência mínima de **8 años** en Logística, cadena de suministro, distribución, trabajando en empresas de manufactura viendo la parte operativa en planta y en almacén.
- Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente, deseable cuente con Visa.
- Deseable conozca la industria de manufactura de electrodomésticos (home appliances)
- Gente que viva en Nuevo León o _si eres de otro estado y no tienes problema con reubicarte también puedes aplicar._

**Principales Funciones**:

- Ramp-Up, Desarrollo, implementación de Estrategia de Almacén local y operación según Estándares de la compañía.
- Dirección de almacenes de producto terminado (In/Outbound), operaciones de patio de contenedores en México.
- Gestión de Stock In/Outbound, Daños, Conteos Cíclicos con Sistema SAP EWM
- Planificar y suministrar los recursos en términos de espacio de almacén, plantilla, subcontratista, equipos, camiones y contenedores para gestionar las operaciones de salida.
- Monitoreo continuo del desempeño de la operación del almacén (enfoque calidad/costo) considerando el enfoque de extremo a extremo; implementación de acciones correctivas si es necesario.
- Desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento de herramientas para la gestión de la capacidad del almacén con el fin de cubrir las demandas de capacidad del almacén y garantizar una utilización adecuada de la capacidad (considerando perspectivas a largo plazo, corto plazo y continuas para la mano de obra, el espacio del almacén y el equipo del almacén)
- Gestión de empleados mediante la contratación, el desarrollo y el seguimiento del desempeño de los miembros del equipo (blue collar)
- Atención a los clientes de BSH para garantizarles el mejor servicio posible.
- Gestión de certificaciones ISO. Auditorías periódicas para comprobar la eficiencia y eficacia de las herramientas en uso.
- Administra y opera los almacenes de BSH en México.
- El especialista en operación de almacén de México garantizará la operación de almacenamiento más rentable y orientada a objetivos de electrodomésticos de productos terminados en Monterrey México. Operar y administrar las operaciones de almacenes de productos terminados de manera ágil, flexible, competitiva y eficiente de acuerdo con los objetivos de calidad, costos y entrega, paralelos a la visión y estrategias logísticas de México.

*Gestionar las actividades de Calidad e Ingeniería en MX con responsabilidad en la Gestión de Proyectos Estratégicos de MX LO. *Cumple con sus responsabilidades funcionales dentro de sus áreas de actividad y servicio relacionadas de acuerdo con las normas y especificaciones ISO 9001 (Calidad), ISO 14001 (Medio Ambiente), ISO 45001 (Seguridad Ocupacional), ISO 50001 (Energía), requisitos legales y otros, así como BSH. Procedimientos e instrucciones respecto de los objetivos de BSH México.
- Comunicación cotidiana en **inglés** con asociados y clientes de Alemania y Turquía.
