Riviera Maya Catamarans is looking for an experienced and motivated operations manager to work and oversee the boat rental tours of the company and land tours of the sister company: Mexico Sol Tours. This is an onsite, in-office, position in Puerto Aventuras Marina. **Supreme Customer Service Skills are required.**

**Must have a car and a renewed driver’s license.**

RMC is a re-seller company that offers boat tours (public and private) in the whole Riviera Maya and Cancún.

The company culture at Riviera Maya Catamarans, associated with businesses is relaxed; however, the aims and goals are high, as are expectations for our team members. Staff is expected to self-manage, self-motivate and work in a task-oriented manner, focusing on making sure, the work is done well and on time.

**Requirements**:
This position requires a person with formal tour operations experience, ideally in tourism (land and boat tours) and no less than 3 years of experience working full-time in the travel industry with a tour operator.

With experience in customer services, organizing transportation pick-ups, reservations, vendors, orders, etc.

**In addition, applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.**
