Desarrollar las actividades relacionadas a la búsqueda, prospección, cierre de cuentas y atención a clientes, servicios ofertados bajo la infraestructura empresarial o mediante el apoyo de terceros.

Capturar información de los prospectos y clientes activos en base de datos, compartir reporte comercial sobre actividades, clientes nuevos, cierre de embarques y prospecciones.

**Sueldo**

La integración del sueldo es por objetivos, según el nível de venta y la experiência del vendedor los sueldos aumentan considerablemente, las evaluaciones trimestrales determinan el nível de venta y determina el porcentaje de comisiones y bonos.

Sueldo: sueldo base + bono por nível + bono por clientes nuevos + comisiones sobre la utilidad.

Las comisiones sobre la utilidad generadas son desde el 10% hasta el 14% aproximadamente, se requiere el cumplimiento de las evaluaciones y objetivos.

**Actividades principales**:
a) Búsqueda de nuevos clientes.

b) Realizar catálogo de prospectos.

c) Búsqueda y prospección de nuevos clientes por los diversos canales de comunicación.

d) Atención a clientes en general de la empresa.

e) Captura y seguimiento sobre los controles establecidos para su análisis y estadística.

f) Búsqueda de retroalimentación de cotizaciones y de embarques realizados.

g) Envío de reportes semanales.

h) Visitas comerciales programadas.

i) Desarrollo de instrucciones a operaciones.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar las cotizaciones de forma correcta y evitar la perdida.
- Determinar el margen de utilidad según los parámetros mínimos establecidos.
- Aplicar los ajustes a las cotizaciones en caso de ser necesarios.
- Evaluar de forma establecida a proveedores y clientes en caso de aplicar
- Desarrollar mejoras continuas en cualquiera de los procesos y comunicación con los departamentos internos.
- Comunicación efectiva y honesta con los demás compañeros, búsqueda constante de las posibles áreas de oportunidad y aceptación de cualquiera personal que se tuvieran.
- Cumplir con el objetivo comercial.
