Overview:
The
**Marketing & Communication Analyst **will support the department by managing external/ internal communication campaigns, as well as communication analytics and multiple activities withing the Dealer Sales area.

**Location: Monterrey, N.L.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Administration and control of internal and external communication**
- Bulletins and campaigns for external audience (GM & GM Dealer network)
- Bulletins and campaigns for internal audience (employees)
- Content developed for internal platforms (The Hub, Yammer)
- Enhance look and feel and administration of content for internal platform (Country Page)
- Communication Data Analytics (Programming, analysis, and results)

**Communication & Branding**
- Knowledge and execution of Brand guidelines
- Touchbase and guidance from Global teams (Communication and Branding)
- Developing and implementation of internal and external campaigns with Creative Agency
- Creative Agency Deliverables Administration
- Corporate identity and image development for internal and external channels
- Development of graphic material
- Branding for GMF offices and other materials

**Administration and control of the communication databases**
- Update the communication databases
- Register and unregister contacts requested from the commercial team and other areas
- Propose and segment contacts for the internal and external communication

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related
- +2 years of experience in Marketing related activities (either through an external vendor, agency or within a corporate)
- Communication and Redaction Skills
- Analytical skills for Branding & Communication
- Organized
- Active listening
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Office (Word, Excel, One Note)
- Skills in Database Management (Salesforce)
- Design programs knowledge and usage (Adobe Suite recommended)
- HTML and programming knowledge (basic)
