**About the Role**:
As an Outbound BDR, you will contribute to reshaping Canada's fintech industry, and be a key player in our growth journey.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Gather valuable information to understand prospect needs and pain points.
- Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects through written channels.
- Provide information and resources to educate prospects on our products.
- Provide regular updates on prospecting activities and pipeline status.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

**Who You Are**:

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in tech and B2B environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
